In this episode, the cast of Goodnight Burbank throw a before-newscast party for the lighting guy’s retirement and realize it’s not the best idea they’ve had.

I loved this 1st episode. The sarcasm is great!!! I cannot wait for the other episodes. The show was worth waiting for. Well done.
I love that the sister with Asperger’s made for the most hard hitting reporting on the whole newscast. Well done. The cast is great. And the writing is wonderful. I can tell you spent a lot of time editing , re-writing and polishing your ideas. Agani, well done, sir. Well done EVERYONE!
Hurray! I’m SO glad the show is back. The 1/2 hour format is so cool.
I loved it when he told her “no shtupping.” LOL
Just as hilarious as the 5 minute versions but now we get so much more!
I think it would be fun to toss in a real, Los Angeles newscaster in there once in a while.
I can’t wait for the next episode.
Hayden, That was awesome. I am priveledged to have gone to school with you. Can’t wait for more episodes!!
YEAH!!! woot woot!!
MORE PLEASE!!
So funny! can’t wait for the next one!Ilove all the characters, Holly has to be one of my favorites though! I haven’t laugh this hard at a show in a long time. Thanks Hayden!
Checked this out from a post that Miracle Laurie made on Twitter. Not sure if I’m a fan or not right now. Honestly, I thought the timing in the beginning felt a bit awkward and it was hard to figure out exactly where anything was going.. maybe that was intentional as I’d never seen the 5-minute versions mentioned above. I went into this completely cold.
Things did pick up a bit and settle in about mid-way through and I started enjoying it a bit more. This has the potential to be really awesome but feels like it needs to be a little more polished. There’s good writing in there, but I think the timing of the jokes is a bit off which makes them lose some effect.
I’ll definitely keep watching, though. Curious to see where things go! I do like the cast and there’s definitely the potential here!
Hey Kurt,
We’re happy to hear your opinions on the show! The editing and pacing of the series is one that the creator, Hayden, wanted so either you’ll get used to it or you’ll decide it’s not your cup of tea! Either way, we’re happy you’ll check out another episode or two and make the decision yourself!!
Your decision to make this available only in the United states sickens and disgusts me. This is the unacceptable face of webcasting. Shame on you all.
Hey Angry of Manchester! It’s hard to tell if you’re joking or not; we haven’t made a decision to only make this available in the US – it’s that way for the moment because we haven’t secured global distribution yet. The moment we do, you can then become Happy of Manchester! Sign up to the mailing list on the front page and you’ll be among the first to know when that happens
